Needle bearing
The needle roller bearing is equipped with multiple slender needles with a length of 3 to 10 times the diameter, so the ratio of the inner diameter of the needle to the outer diameter of the bearing is small, and it has a relatively large radial bearing capacity.
Needle roller bearings include: stamped outer ring needle roller bearings with special alloy steel plates as the outer ring, solid needle roller bearings with machined outer rings, cages and needle roller components without retaining rings, and bearings with roller type needle roller structures. Moreover, there are various structural forms of needle roller bearings with or without inner rings or cages. Needle roller bearings with cages mainly use steel plate stamped cages.
