Maintenance of sealing rings
Before sealing the reactor body, carefully inspect the gasket in the reactor cover to ensure that it is intact and undamaged. After many experiments, the inner and outer diameter edges of the gasket may protrude thin irregular burrs outward, which does not mean that the gasket needs to be replaced, but the flange needs to be removed with a sharp knife. Check the joint surfaces of the kettle cover and the kettle body to ensure they are smooth and free of protrusions, then place the kettle cover on the kettle body.
Maintenance of needle valves
After long-term use, the needle valve may need to adjust its seal. If it is not used for a long time (2 days), it should be kept open. All valves on the reactor are sealed with double sleeves. In order to extend their service life, it is advisable to minimize the disassembly of the sleeve nuts on the needle valve ends. If the disassembly is too frequent, it will gradually fail to ensure good sealing
